Wiki

I think that Wikis can be really good tools for everyone! I especially liked Wyoming Wiki, called, Wyoming Wiki Authors, which is a list of authors. These are the authors that either live in Wyoming or have written about Wyoming. The state of Montana would definitely benefit if there was an author site like the one Wyoming has. I also liked the wiki that Ohio University has based on business. This is aimed at people that are members of the Ohio University community to aid in special projects or topics.
I have a problem with the Wikipedia site. Since it is maintained by anyone and everyone, I honestly believe that the information is only as good as the person who is inputting the information. Also, since anyone can add, delete, or change what is already written, who is to say that the information contained in Wikipedia is correct.

I like the WY authors one too. I think a MT authors page would be a great addition to the MT book club wiki at
http://montanabookclubcentral.pbwiki.com/

Hopefully someone will magically get some extra time and add it someday!

Deena! Thanks for reminding me about those funny guys, one-half of whom (or is that which?) is from C. Falls. And your bears are fabulous - thanks for that link. The itsy-bitsy bears are so cute!
